The solution is simple; sell arms only to the losing side, and turn all refugees back into Iraq. If all the civilized people leave the country, all you have left are the savages. No imposed-solution will work. Freedom comes only if you are willing to die for it and are furthermore willing to subject yourself to the rule of law without corruption. If Iraq is not ready, let them fight it out until they are. We have no right to give advice. We gave them help and they blew it, not again.
