Heim-Lorentz Force

Can't seem to let go of the compelling argument set forth by the now deceased German physicist, Bernhard Heim. His association with Lorentz, Heisenberg and the Plank Institute lend credibility and the conjectures make better sense than the cosmologist's This paper makes fascinating reading despite difficult equations. I'd like to take this one to school with me.
