Sarah Palin for Vice President, no way --- but, as a candidate for president, she may be the only person who could beat Hillary --- and smart. Wasilla, Alaska is about as far away from Washington DC as you can get; that's appealing. I supose those living in NY or DC might not feel so, but the average voter might find the Alaska Governer refreshingly honest, competant and above the lobying and dishonesty of power, money and monopoly. After all she comes from way up there where there is still a frontier and egalitarian ethic. Dream on, she aint interested. To bad we ended open conventions where the electorit could keep you up late, always voting for the favorite son on the first round. Democracy was a bad idea, the republic worked better. We just get dumber and dumber presidents,
