Daylight Saving Time: depression, metabolic syndrome, obesity and global warming

Circadian rhythms: Of owls, larks and alarm clocks : Nature News Distortion of circadian rhythm clearly causes human illness, even if not well investigated. Why do we continue with this nonsense when leaving time alone is the safer bet. DST may save energy in DC, but elsewhere it works the other way, and DST is related to some of our most troubling non infectious diseases.
