Cosmic Energy
"There are more things in this Universe Horatio than are dreamed of in your philosophies," Shakespeare.
Dark energy, cosmic radiation, the Higgs particle, solar radiation, fusion, hydrogen, the most abundant element, there are more sources of clean free cosmic energy in this World than are imaginable.
If some one wanted to stimulate the economy, there could hardly be a more certain way than to facilitate free energy as an indisputable egalitarian right for everybody. Imagine energy as the cheap exploitable factor of production that suddenly presents itself for creative, innovative and profitable exploitation. One could not devise a more productive resource; it alone could eliminate poverty and maybe war.
Or as my friend says, "Where there is confusion, there is money to be made." Shall we call it Gregoire's Law?
