With term limits there might be a 50:50 chance of electing legislators with an IQ above 100, and weeding out the Alttshimer's disease on both sides of the isle. The Rock's solution is a bit extreme, but it does illustrate the unbalance resulting from the introduction of a term limit for the president with out any limitation for legislators. The later come to prioritize their fund raising, prerogatives, power and greed above all else. Common sense gives way to political theology, and closed caucuses codify the polarized insanity. Term limits!
